FAQs for Jesus ‘21
Per the Central Florida Fairgrounds, every attendee will be required to enter through metal detectors and bags will be searched.
What can I bring with me to the event?
- 1 Clear bag per attendee (backpack or Ziploc style bag up to 1 gallon)
- Women may bring a small clear purse in addition to their one clear bag
- Diaper bags accompanying children
- Transparent water bottles
- Outside food must be packed in transparent containers (no coolers or lunchboxes)
- Edge tools or weapons (knives, box cutters, etc.)
- Alcohol or drugs
- Thermos/Hydroflask/walled water bottles
- Canopies or tents
- Household furniture
- Skateboards, bikes, or hoverboards
- Aerosol cans
Please note there is no storage area for any items. Guests arriving by public transportation or ride share should take particular attention not to bring prohibited items.
Event Security and Staff including any staff member of Jesus Image, Central Florida fairgrounds, or Security Teams reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone and/or deny admission of any items at their sole discretion.
Will there be seating available?
This event will take place on a field, so seats will not be provided. We suggest bringing in chairs or blankets to sit on.
Will there be food for sale?
Yes! There will be food trucks with different options available. If you would like to bring in your own food keep in mind that coolers will not be allowed in the fairgrounds, only clear bags.
What precautions are in place regarding COVID-19?
The safety and health of our attendees and guests is a priority to us. We ask those not feeling well to join us via livestream.
At this time we do not have a need for volunteers at Jesus ’21.
At this time we will not be offering translation services at Jesus ’21.

DO YOU OFFER CHILDCARE AT YOUR EVENTS?
No, we do not offer childcare at our events.
ARE CHILDREN ABLE TO COME?
Yes, we love having children with us!
IS THERE A CHILDREN’S RATE?
Children under 2-years old that will be sitting in a parent’s lap are free and do not need to be registered. Those over 2 years old or needing their own seats will need to have full registration.
IS THERE SPECIAL SEATING I CAN PURCHASE?
No, we only have general admission available.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL SEATING FOR PASTORS?
We deeply honor pastors but we are unable to offer special seating. This is due to the large number of Pastors who attend.
IS THERE SPECIAL SEATING FOR PARTNERS?
No, but we would love for all of our partners to join us at Jesus ’21!
AM I ABLE TO GET A REFUND?
No, we have a strict no-refund policy.
CAN I TRANSFER OR DONATE MY TICKET?
- Yes. To transfer, go to your confirmation email, under Order Summary select View & Manage, then edit the contact info.

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE PARKING?
Yes. Parking will need to be purchased for EACH day of the event. Premium parking is available for preorder only at the cost of $20 per day. Standard parking will be available the day of the event at the cost of $10 per day.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PREMIUM PARKING AND STANDARD PARKING?
Premium parking will be closer to the entrance of the event and is ONLY available for preorder at the cost of $20 per day.
Standard parking must be purchased the day of the event, the cost is $10 per day.
WHAT IS THE SPEAKING SCHEDULE?
The speaking schedule is not released prior to our events for security reasons. While these are the logistical reasons, our primary goal is to minister directly to the heart of Jesus. We want our focus to remain on Him and as we gather together we want it to be just for Him. While we love our speakers and fully believe we have the best possible line up from around the world, we want Jesus to be the one and only subject.
